(TSX:IMP) issued notice today that it will release its 2005 year-end financial results prior to market open on Thursday, March 23, 2006.

A conference call to review the results will take place the same day 11:00 am., EDT (9:00am MDT). Brian Bullock, President and CEO and Richard Mohr, CFO will speak on behalf of the Company. A question-and-answer period will follow a review of the financial results and update on the Company's strategies and progress on its NEXTMap business model.
