Calgary, Alberta - May 4, 2006 - Intermap Technologies Corporation, (TSX:IMP) issued notice today that it will release its 2006 first quarter financial results prior to market open on Tuesday, May 9, 2006.

A conference call to review the results will take place the same day 3:00 p.m. EST (1:00 p.m. MST). Brian Bullock, president and CEO and Richard Mohr, CFO will speak on behalf of the Company, providing an update on the Company's strategies and progress on its NEXTMap business model. A question-and-answer period will follow the review of the financial results.

A slide presentation will accompany Intermap's conference call. It will be available for download on May 9 before the call. It will be available at ftp1.intermaptechnologies.com (copy and paste into your browser). A username and password will be provided in the Q1 press release.
