Intermap Technologies Completes Admission and First Day of Dealings on AIM

Denver, Colo., June 21, 2006 - Intermap Technologies Corp. (TSX: IMP; AIM: IMAP) today announced that it has completed its admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc (.AIM.) under the symbol .IMAP.. Canaccord Adams Limited is the nominated adviser and broker to the Company on AIM.

By listing on AIM, the Company can increase its profile and accommodate its institutional shareholder base in Europe. AIM is Europe.s leading market for growing companies and admission to AIM will complement the Company's existing listing on the TSX Senior Exchange in Toronto (.TSX.) while providing European investors with greater options to invest in the Company.

The Company's shares will continue to be quoted on the TSX under the symbol .IMP.. As of June 21, 2006, the Company had 36,971,640 class A common shares outstanding.
