Intermap Technologies Provides an Update on its Previously Announced Orion Platform® Spatial Data Infrastructure Contract

DENVER – August 30, 2017 (TSX: IMP) (ITMSF:BB) – On February 5, 2016 Intermap Technologies Corporation (“Intermap” or the “Company”) announced that it had entered into definitive agreements pertaining to a previously announced letter of award (see June 22, 2015, September 29, 2015 and December 31, 2015 press releases) for the creation, operation and maintenance of a national spatial data infrastructure (“SDI”) program (the “Project”), valued at US$175 million. These arrangements contemplated that the Company would provide products and services pursuant to an engineering, procurement and construction agreement (“EPC Agreement”) to a client, Air-Map SARL (“Air-MAP”), who had in turn entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Planning of the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”) to complete the Project for the DRC. In the Company’s prior press releases (see February 5, 2016 and July 5, 2016) the Company advised that the commencement of its EPC Agreement was subject to the finalization of the Project’s financing facility which was the obligation of its client (Air-Map) and, in July 2016, the Air-Map advised that the financing process was in its final phase with a leading multilateral financial institution.

Intermap Technologies Provides Progress Update on Previously Announced US$125M Letter of Award

DENVER, December 31, 2015 - Intermap Technologies Corporation (“Intermap” or the “Company”) (TSX:IMP), (ITMSF:BB), a leading provider of location-based solutions, is pleased to provide a progress update on the previously announced letter of award for an Orion Platform® spatial data infrastructure program (the “SDI Program”).

In a news release dated September 29, 2015, Intermap disclosed expectations for finalizing the definitive agreements underlying the SDI Program during the fourth quarter of 2015, but was unable to provide exact timing. Intermap is pleased to advise that it continues to make progress toward finalization of the definitive agreements, however, due to the nature and complexity of the transactions and the fact that certain remaining contractual elements are outside of the Company’s control, Intermap remains unable to provide a specific closing date at this time.

Intermap $2.1M Mapping Services Solutions Contract Expanded to $3.2M

DENVER, September 16, 2015 - Intermap (TSX: IMP), (ITMSF:BB), a leading provider of location-based solutions, today announced that the Company has received a US$1.1 million expansion to a US$2.1 million airborne radar mapping services solution contract previously announced on June 5, 2015, increasing the total value of the contract to $3.2 million.

Intermap is using its proprietary Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (IFSAR) technology to collect orthorectified radar imagery and high resolution elevation data to enhance the customer’s existing geospatial map database. This new dataset will be used for improved disaster planning, resource management, security interests, and infrastructure planning. The final deliveries of the dataset are expected to be substantially complete by the end of the third quarter 2015.

Intermap Announces Letter of Award for Orion Platform® Implementation Program Valued at Greater than $125 Million

Denver, June 22, 2015 – Intermap Technologies Corporation (“Intermap” or the “Company”) (TSX: IMP), (ITMSF: BB), a leading provider of geospatial solutions, today announced that a consortium led by the Company was issued with a governmental letter of award for the creation, operation and maintenance of a national spatial data infrastructure (SDI) program. The scope of work for the initial 2-year SDI implementation phase is valued at greater than $125 million, with product delivery expected to commence during the third quarter of 2015. The Company will also provide an operation and maintenance module valued at greater than $50 million for an additional 18-year period. The 20-year SDI program is administered within a public-private-partnership (PPP) framework under a build-operate-transfer (BOT) model, with the Company serving as the prime contractor, on a turnkey basis.
