Topographic Line Maps
Topographic Mapping: our seamless 3D contour maps are derived from and designed to complement the Intermap suite of NEXTMap® digital elevation models. We automatically derive our contours from our bare-earth DTMs at various intervals, depending on your application requirement and the terrain characteristics of your area of interest.
Topographic Line Map (TLM): a TLM map showing major features such as hydrology, major transportation, and political boundaries is commonly referred to as a topographic line map. This type of planimetric mapping, with features extracted from Intermap's radar imagery, can be produced at a scale of 1:4,800 and smaller.
