Intermap Notice: First Quarter Conference Call

11 May, 2005 Calgary, Alberta - May 11, 2005 - Intermap Technologies Corporation, (TSX:IMP) issued notice today that it will release first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2005 after the close of trading on Monday May 16, 2005. 

A conference call to review the results will take place the same day 4:45pm., ET (2:45pm MT). Brian Bullock, President and CEO and Richard Mohr, CFO will speak on behalf of the Company. A question-and-answer period will follow a review of the financial results and update on the Company's strategies and progress on its NEXTMap business model.
