Intermap Technologies Awarded $1.7M Contract for Delivery of International Radar Imagery and Elevation Data

DENVER: Intermap Technologies Corp. (TSX: IMP.TO, AIM: IMAP.L) today announced that its Intermap Federal Services, Inc. subsidiary has received a US$1.7M contract to provide digital elevation data and orthorectified radar imagery for an international project. The data will be used by the client for topographic mapping and regional planning that otherwise would not be achievable without accurate imagery and elevation data. 

The geospatial data being collected and delivered will be generated using the Company's Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (IFSAR) technology aboard one of the Company's five aircraft. Under the agreement, Intermap will process and deliver the data during the fourth quarter of 2007.
