Virtual format allows investors to attend remotely

DENVER, CO - Intermap Technologies (TSX: IMP) (OTCQX: ITMSF) (“Intermap” or the “Company”), a global leader in geospatial content development and intelligence solutions, today announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on June 29, 2021 at 12:00 pm MT.

Intermap Chairman and CEO Patrick A. Blott will provide on update on the Company’s business and strategic position.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency and to protect the Corporation’s employees, shareholders and other stakeholders, as well as the broader community, the Meeting will be held in a virtual-only format, which will be conducted via live audio-only webcast. All shareholders and prospective shareholders of the Corporation will have an equal opportunity to participate at the Meeting regardless of their geographic location or the particular constraints, circumstances or risks they may be facing as a result of COVID-19. At the Meeting, shareholders and guests will have the opportunity to ask questions.
