DENVER, CO, July 26, 2021 – Intermap Technologies (TSX: IMP) (OTCQX: ITMSF) (“Intermap” or the “Company”), a global leader in geospatial content development and intelligence solutions, today announced a non-brokered Private Placement of 2,200,000 Class A Common Shares (“Common Shares”) at a price of CAD$0.90 per Common Share to raise approximately CAD$2 million (the “Offering”).
In connection with the Offering, Intermap may pay a cash finder’s fee of up to 6% of the proceeds raised from the Offering plus Finder’s Warrants. The proceeds from the Offering will be used for expansion opportunities and previously announced contract wins.

This funding will allow us to act quickly on opportunities as we continue to scale the business.”
Closing of the Offering is expected to occur next week upon satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The TSX has conditionally approved the Offering and the listing of the Shares. The Common Shares issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to restrictions under the United States Securities Act and applicable Canadian securities laws, during which time trading in the securities by the investors is restricted.
